POLICY
Emissions:
All Items sold through Huron Speed Products, LLC are for use with Show Vehicles only. All item's sold are incomplete pieces to add aesthetics to your vehicle for show purposes and will not allow your vehicle to run. No items sold are intended to be used on a vehicle that is used on State and Federal Highways which may be a violation of the EPA Clean Air Act. The Clean Air Act can be found at http://www.epa.gov/air/caa/ . This document contains in detail what are considered to be violations of the CAA and corresponding penalties for failure to obey and should be read in full before purchasing or installing this competition use only product. Ensuring that all emissions, noise/sound, and speed/use related laws are followed is the responsibility of the Buyer(s). Installation and use of any product from Huron Speed Products, LLC indicates that this disclaimer has been read, acknowledged, and understood fully by both the Buyer(s), Reseller(s), and Installer(s). The Buyer(s) assume all associated risk of the purchase. Federal, several state and provincial laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperative of any part that affects emissions or safety on motor vehicles used on public streets or highways.
Terms and Conditions
Huron Speed Products, LLC assumes no liability for any violations arising out of any federal, state or provincial emissions or safety requirements on motor vehicles arising out of the customer’s modifications and/or use of Huron Speed Products, LLC's products. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if their modified vehicle complies with applicable laws. Again, all products sold are for Competition, Off-road, use only. It is illegal to install parts or components that bypass, defeat, or render inoperative the manufacturers’ technology and design necessary to reduce vehicle emissions to meet state and federal Clean Air Act standards. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are understanding of this. Defective/Damaged Products: Defective or damaged products will be handled in a manner to make the customer 100% satisfied within the policy listed here and below. The customer must contact us via e-mail if you receive an item with a problem/concern to handle the matter. Huron Speed Products, LLC is not liable for any installation labor costs for any reason at all or parts/vehicle damage caused from or by a defective part. Huron Speed Products, LLC is not held liable for any product that is not properly installed or has been damaged due to an improper install. Please always have your products installed by a certified mechanic/specialist and make sure your items are installed properly before using or driving the vehicle. If there is any question of the product during an install, please contact before continuing further. Huron Speed Products, LLC are not held liable for issues or damage that have been caused from an install where an issue was not taken notice of, addressed, or properly fixed.
If an issue arises, you must contact us to have the issue resolved otherwise the issue is out of our control. So once again, verify all products are safe for use in your off-road intended purpose before use. Huron Speed Products, LLC are not held liable to any damages or injury caused from any products purchased from huronspeed.com. All items sold by Huron Speed Products, LLC are for off-road use only and are to be used, installed, and used during use of vehicle after installation of purchased components at your own risk understanding the dangers associated with modifying your vehicle. Pricing: Prices are subject to change daily, even specials. If a price is known to be changing soon and contact if being made prior to the sale, you will be notified. However, prices are subject to change at any moment and there is no refunds for price differences after a purchase has been made. Coatings: Any coatings (powder or ceramic) to piping, turbos, or any products is OPTIONAL. Coatings are not required for the product to work, therefore Huron Speed Products, LLC will not cover any costs to re-coat any items for any reason at all. It is recommended products be test fit first prior to coating anything.
If you purchase coating before the item has been installed and there is a fitment issue, we will not cover the cost to re-coat the item for any reason as this is optional and variances in product happen during the manufacturing process. Please understand by purchasing coatings prior to test fitting you are taking on the burden of re-coating in the event something needs to be changed, tweaked, modified, or even replaced. We warranty our parts, but will not pay to have items coated a second time no matter the circumstance. By placing an order at huronspeed.com you are agreeing to the terms and policy above and below on this page as a whole. Shipping Please contact us before you place an order for a lead time on a product. Many Huron Speed products are custom built and fabricated, so if you are in time crunch, please contact us first to get a time frame on custom built parts! Please allow up to 2 business days for shipments of Huron Speed specific products that are in stock. For shipping times on other products please contact us. Please be advised that any order over $400 value WILL require a signature per our policy and seller protection. Once the purchased products have shipped, all claims of lost or damaged items are to be handled through you the purchaser and the shipping provider, not Huron Speed Products, LLC.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving the item and if the product has not been used, modified, or installed in any way. You will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and you are responsible for the return shipping back plus any additional fees from the manufacturer if they are implemented. You will be given your refund after all parts are returned back and inspected to ensure they were not used, damaged, or has missing components. Returns not accepted on products that are special ordered such as Custom Fabricated components, Turbochargers, waste gates, blow off valves, Big Brake Kits, L5 Fenders, or anything else customer ordered directly through the manufacturer.
Returns or Refunds will NOT be accepted on any items that have been purchased at a discount of 10% or greater off the listed price. If you purchase an item at a discount of greater than 10% off and have an issue with the product beyond what was described, we can work out a means to help the situation at OUR discretion to what is fair, however NO RETURNS or REFUNDS are accepted on these 10% or greater discounted items. We strive for the best possible customer service so if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask!
Cancellations
Any order cancellation will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee, there are no exceptions. This is simply due to processing fees on your original purchase do not get refunded to us. Any deposit placed in a group purchase sale is not eligible for cancellation for any reason. Any custom build per order item is not eligible for cancellation for any reason. Once an item has already been shipped from us it is NOT eligible for a refund and must be handled under the Returns policy.
